Summary

This project called for a full landscape maintenance cleanup at a spacious Mount Vernon property. Our assessment showed the yard needed structural tidying and removal of overgrowth to boost safety and curb appeal.

The Work

Mowed and edged all lawn areas, clearing grass clippings
Removed weeds, unwanted plants, and reshaped flower beds
Pruned shrubs, bushes, and trees for healthier growth and improved structure
Cut back invasive vines and blackberry growth near property lines
Cleared organic debris, leaves, and branches across the property
Completed a final walkthrough for quality and safety

The Outcome

The property regained a well-kept, organized appearance. Overgrown areas were brought under control, and all key spaces became safer and more inviting. The refreshed grounds now better match the home's setting.
